A well established but dated independent furniture retailer needed to reposition itself in the market and establish a clear marketing strategy to help grow the business.
We ran a series of workshops with key personnel to get a clear understanding of their current position and what their competitive advantage was. We profiled and segmented their target audience and developed a plan of marketing activities that would fit their budget but achieve an increase in awareness and sales.
A very recent activity so it’s too early to evaluate sales increase — however their new image and positioning as local furniture specialists is a vast improvement and is getting noticed!
